Team Bios

Leni Goggins, Director of Social Economy and Other Cool Stuff 

Leni Goggins is Project Manager of the New Inclusive Economy and is the Director of Social Economy and Other Cool Stuff at inclusion Powell River leading projects such as qathet Inclusive Manufacturing, OneLight and Kindred ReBuild. She grew up in the qathet region where she lives now with multiple generations under one roof. She combines 20 years of experience working with people with disabilities, seniors and youth with her project management work with non-profit and socially minded enterprises.

Raya Armstrong, Team Leader

Raya brings to the projec business acumen from her experience in a manager/owner position for over 20 years in the hospitality and food service industry.  She has a passion for inclusion, equity, and belonging in the workplace and is applying her experience to assist others in their employment continuum.  She moved to the qathet region in 2021 with her partner and daughter and enjoys visiting the many lakes, rivers, and beaches of this beautiful place.

Peter Konstantonis, Sales and Marketing/Production Manager

Pete Konstantonis recently joined OneLight as the production manager. He and his family moved to Powell River from Ontario last year where he worked in the Protection Services field.  Pete was most active in healthcare and other large complex accounts that required high training levels with a focus on customer service and health and safety.

He brings experience in branch and account management, training and operations.  

Pete is active in the local community as an Auxilliary Firefighter and volunteer basketball coach.
